Jincheng Tongda & Neal, King & Wood, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, Simpson Thacher have advised NetQin Mobile, a Chinese mobile security and applications company on its on the New York Stock Exchange listing, following the May 2011 debuts of three other PRC companies onto the US market.
