Kain Corporate and Commercial Lawyers (Kain C+C) Adelaide has added former Minter Ellison Adelaide partner Gerry Cawson to its M&A team.

Cawson joins Kain C+C after 20 years of experience working at top tier firms in London, Hong Kong, Sydney and Adelaide. Cawson advises on all aspects of Australian corporate and M&A law including acquisitions, fundraising and joint ventures. His particular specialty is advising on private equity transactions and he has an industry focus on the financial services and wealth management sectors.
