The NSW government has appointed Martijn Wilder to oversee the NSW Government's bid to become the country's carbon trading hub. Mattjin Wilder will lead a group of industry experts to advise the Government on the best way forward Commenting on the appointment Wilder said.

Clayton Utz partner chartered for first Aussie arbitration presidency
