When Donna Bartlett moved to Holding Redlich, she was searching for a firm that had a solid reputation and strength in client services.
Bartlett said, when she considered various mid-sized firms, she increasingly saw the importance of good and growing knowledge and IT systems. She said she wanted to have the ability to work remotely.
She also said she was looking for a firm with a strong community focus, since she had been actively involved in pro bono work.
After speaking with a friend, she decided that Holding Redlich was the best fit. "Holding Redlich was a strong choice in those areas; it was a good fit… it's a firm that's growing and there is a focus in my practice, particularly in IT law," she said.
Since working at the firm she has noticed a strong team culture where staff support and help each other. "We work like a team," she said. "Although it is a big team, I haven't seen any person just focused on individual conversations."
Bartlett specialises in IT, telecommunications, intellectual property and general procurement.
