Ex-Macgillivrays partner Peter Dwyer has taken up a new role as bus and road transport partner at Cooper Grace Ward (CGW).

Dwyer has acted for Queensland Bus Industry Council, BusNSW and TasBus on a range of matters, including negotiating new bus contracts with various State Governments.

He has also acted for property owners and developers on a variety of transactions including sales, leases, due diligence audits, development applications and subdivisions. He has negotiated the sale and lease of CBD industrial and commercial properties, acquisition of businesses, and advised public companies on property developments.

His associate Maria Capati has also moved to CGW and has experience in advising private companies on shareholder-, business- and share sale- agreements.
