DibbsBarker nabs MacDonnells Law partner

DibbsBarker has appointed Cameron McKenzie as a partner of its disputes and litigation group, Brisbane.
The former MacDonnells Law practice head and partner brings to the firm extensive experience in banking and insolvency litigation, and counts amongst his clients leading financial institutions and insolvency practitioners. McKenzie is proficient with medium and large scale litigation, having advised a number of financial and large corporations. He has extensive experience in defended and non-defended banking and finance litigation, including providing advice on the Corporations Act, National Consumer Credit Protection Act and National Credit Code, Property Law Act (Qld), Land Title Act (Qld) and Uniform Civil Procedure Rules.
