Holding Redlich has announced the appointment of Anne Davis as a partner in the construction and infrastructure group, based in Sydney. She joins the firm from Clayton Utz where she was a senior associate.
Her areas of expertise include strategic commercial, commercial (including contract, acquisitions, public/private partnering), construction, engineering and infrastructure, procurement and probity. Davis has significant experience in non-contentious and contentious matters across large, complex major projects.
The announcement follows the recent appointments of Michael Grosser, Gary Campbell and Suzy Cairney who all joined the Brisbane office from DLA Piper, Freehills and Allens Arthur Robinson respectively and in Melbourne Daniel Blue and Jeremy Loeliger who also joined from Freehills and Allens respectively.
Amanda Davidson, construction and infrastructure group Leader in Sydney, said Davis’ appointment was part of the firm’s strategy to support the exponential growth of the practice. “In just two years we have gone from a standing start to what we believe is one of the leading construction practices in Sydney,” said Davison. “Anne’s expertise in major infrastructure projects will complement our existing expertise very well and she will be a great asset to the firm.”
