Chang, Pistilli & Simmons (CP&S) has promoted Richard Graham (pictured) to the partnership, effective 1 July this year. The promotion brings the total number of partners at the firm to six.

Graham, who is the son of the Federal Court judge Justice Peter Graham, joined the CP&S in 2006 from Gilbert + Tobin.

CP&S was formed in 2006 by Diana Chang, Mark Pistilli and Danny Simmons after they left Atanaskovic & Hartnell. Graham will be the first partner at the firm who does not have an Atanaskovic & Hartnell background.
