Panithida is an associate with Kudun and Partners Limited. She has a great depth of knowledge and experience in relation to the Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) from her extensive involvement in the implementation of the PDPA for Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group, a listed company consisting of commercial banking business and capital market business. Aime has extensive experience across the Asia-Pacific region in a broad range of areas including Foreign Direct Investment both offshore and onshore projects, commercial and corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions and investment schemes, and property management for both private companies and HNWIs clients.

Aime is currently a Chief Legal Officer of Evermore Co., Ltd., one of the fastest-growing premier confectionary trading companies in Southeast Asia. She also sits on the boards as General Counsel for several financial and investment advisory private sectors in Thailand. Despite business and legal activities, Aime has also developed extensive experience with public speaking. Peangpanor Boonklum
Senior Executive Vice President/ Group General Counsel

Peangpanor Boonklum, or PB, General Counsel/Senior Executive Vice President at PTT Plc., the conglomerate energy company, the largest company in the Stock Exchange of Thailand by market capitalization. Before joining PTT over four years ago, PB had spent four years with international accounting firms and almost 25 years with reputable law firms in Thailand. That included being a named and founding partner, Co-Executive Partner, and Senior Counsel.

Renuka Sharma

Renuka Sharma was appointed Head of Legal for BayWa r.e. in January 20210. ‘The biggest learning curve in Renuka’s professional life was going from a structured law firm like Chandler MHM to moving in house to SunEdison. Renuka joined TerraForm Global and then Brookfield Renewables before her current role with BayWa r.e. Renuka is now focused on building a diverse, compact and high-performing legal team which supports all of the group’s business units across APAC. Renuka who always saw herself as a bit of a technophobe but has embraced digitalization and technology to build an efficient, reliable and practical legal department that her internal clients can count on. When Renuka is not in the office, she enjoys yoga, spending time with her children and is a terrible kite surfer and skate border. Rijuta Mishra

Rijuta is the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at aCommerce Group. She advises and represents aCommerce in the areas corporate funding and restructuring, commercial risk management, employment matters, intellectual property, consumer protection and competition issues, risk and compliance, dispute resolutions, etc. She has over a decade of experience in various legal domains advising multiple companies in varied sectors across South East Asia and Europe. Winnie is the Interim General Counsel / Deputy General Counsel of ENGIE BU Asia-Pacific. She is the lead counsel in charge of reviewing energy projects being pursued by the Group in APAC with a primary focus on joint developments, mergers, and acquisitions (investments, divestments), due diligence, project financing. Winnie is also the company’s Ethics Officer and Data Protection Manager of APAC. 

ENGIE is a multinational electric utility company, headquartered in La Défense, Courbevoie, France. The company is a global leader in the fields of electricity generation and distribution, renewable energy, natural gas, and client solutions.  Prior to joining ENGIE, Winnie started as a senior associate in various top-tier law firms in the Philippines. He was group CEO of one of Malaysia’s largest listed companies (a multi-service telecoms operator), regional director Asia Pac for business strategy and development for BT (British Telecom), regional director Asia Pac for a NASDAQ listed broadband services company, and later a similar role for a US/Israeli consumer analytics company and a media services technology group.
